The softwood decking is the most common and popular as it represents good value for money over the hardwood types.

Decking is an ideal way of creating level platforms in a sloping or uneven garden. The decking can be either raised off the ground or be built at ground level.

There are various types of balustrade available from natural fibre rope to timber spindles and even toughened glass.

Why not add extra features such as lighting to give your decking the wow  factor.

The minimum depth decking we use is ex 32mm which by the time it is planed to shape it is 28mm thick.

Some companies will use 25mm thick and sometimes thinner to be able offer you a cheap quote. We would recommend minimum ex 32mm if you wish your project to be strong and last.
