Sheffield new roof
This new roof was based in Bradway Sheffield S17 the roof was originally a flat felted roof that was leaking. The old flat roof was stripped off and new timbers were attached to make the framework. The new roof rafters were covered in breathable felt and had tanalised slate latt attached to them. The roof was covered in Rosemary style roof tiles in keeping with the rest of the house. The roof space was also insulated to keep up with building regulations.
