Sheffield Builder S17
This was a large gutter fascia and soffit job in Dore Sheffield S17. There was over 55 linear metres of cast iron gutter and wooden fascia and soffit to replace. The gutters, fascias and soffits were are replaced with a maintenance free plastic option. The gutter was floplast plastic black ogee style which gives a larger water capacity and also looks abit more decorative. The fascias were 18mm thick white plastic and the soffit was 10mm thick board. The downpipes were all cast iron so these were just painted with a black hammerite paint to cover the rust and make it all look like new.
