Log Burner Sheffield

This Log Burner install was in Bradway Sheffield S17. The original fireplace was one that stretched from the alcoves either side of the fireplace and was made from concrete to look like stone. Everything was stripped out and we found the chimney brickwork on the legs either side were either missing, broken or crumbling so some of thebrickwork was removed and renewed with matching reclaimed imperial red bricks. There were 2 large pieces of slate bedded dwon for the hearth and a large piece of furniture oak was cut up with a chainsaw and planed to give it a rustic look surround. The back of the fireplace was left as brick but the mortar was ground out and re pointed. Then there was a Dunsley Enviroburn 5 Multi fuel stove fitted.
