This office fit out was in Sheffield city centre. It was completely derelict so had to have everything done including electrics, water and structural alterations.
There was a large mezzanine fitted creating another floor as the original ceilings were over 5 metres in height.
There was stud work, insulation, joinery, plastering involved.
The design brief was to incorporate as many old features such as the brick work and windows as possible and fuse them with the exposed metal trays and metal sockets giving it an industrial look.
The project was delivered on time under budget.
