Property Renovation Sheffield

We renovated this property in Sheffield Ecclesall.

Internally we removed the load bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open plan kitchen diner. The kitchen was switched to the other side and set out in the dining room side  as there was more space. The Kitchen was from Hygena with Maia resin worktops which really finish it off.

We rebuilt the back bays and installed new Upvc bay windows one being a sliding patio door, which lead out on to a raised deck with Glass Balustrade. There was a mono pitch roof running the length of the property at the rear.

The whole ground floor was replastered and decorated. We fitted Bamboo flooring throughout.

We fitted a downstairs toilet under the stairs and also managed to fit in the washing machine and dryer. 

The floors were insulated with rigid pir insulation from below to help keep the heat in.

To the side of the property we removed the existing garage and built a bike store from breeze blocks which was then clad with timber.
