Garden office and patio

This job involved some building and landscaping it was in Woodseats Sheffield S8. We have to convert an existing out building in to a garden office with water feeds and wastes and electricity. The building had to be waterproofed by using a tanking membrane. The roof had to be completely re done including replacing rafters and slates. We had to brick up the front and side and install windows and french doors. Once the building work was done we had to fit some kitchen units and tile and paint. The garden was completely re done using alot of sleepers to create flower beds. We also laid an indian stone patio and path using the fossil mint colour. We also took out all the privet down the left hand side and built a reclaimed sleeper retaining wall which incorporated a fence.
