This decking project was in Dronfield Derbyshire as it was 750mm from ground level it involved plannning permission. We discussed the project with the client and drew up the application.
Once approved we set about building the raised decking using tanalised timber which means its protected from the elements and things like woodworm.
We used square balustrade and newel posts to give it a modern look and a central staircase to access the lawn.
The size was roughly 7.3 metres x 3.6 metres and it was 750 mm high.
